KK miniatures is a father and son relationship born out of a love for miniatures.
We are Karl(dad) and Kanace(son)

I myself started modelling in my late teens mainly focusing on 1/35 scale armour, finishing some of those builds using the Verlinden formula which I 'm sure many of you will know, if perhaps a little dated now.

I had a hiatus from the hobby for a number of years to follow a career and pursue some sporting ambitions.
I came back to the hobby 4 years ago but this time with a new love for scale figures and busts, meanwhile Kanace was developing his joy in technical Lego and Bandai kits.
I'm not really one for the competition tables but I do strive to become the best I can be by challenging myself with more complex sculpts and painting techniques.
Kanace meanwhile is studying Art and Design and is developing a fine ability in 3D sculpture which has led us to embark on a range of miniatures for the collector, modellers and painters a like.

Not really wanting to adhere to any particular genre we hope to broaden a collection of miniatures and busts which just like ourselves will reach a variety of tastes which will include some historical (some ancients, my love:) also some Sci-Fi which will include droids/robots and futuristic soldiers, and of course Fantasy which I know is very popular.

Being in its infancy I'll update you as to works in progress, future releases and will include some WIPS and finished models of my own.
